CROCK POT CANDY (Joy Thompson)
16 oz Unsalted peanuts
16 oz Salted peanuts
12 oz Semi-sweet morsels
4 oz German sweet chocolate
32 oz Almond bark (white)
    1. Place peanuts in bottom of crock pot.
    2. Break up chocolate & put on top.
    3. Turn on low for 1.5 - 2.0 hours or until chocolate is melted.
    4. Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper & chill.
QA batch:
I used 16 oz lightly salted instead of salted peanuts, 20 oz dark chocolate morsels instead of 12 semi-sweet, & put mine in refrigerator (or freezer) to cool. I have also used chocolate almond bark (candy coating) instead of white.
